BYHomes is a trading name of PRE Investments Pty Ltd a private company owned by Paul and Ros Eagles.

Paul and Ros have undertaken numerous housing projects showcasing ways of delivering small, well designed flexible living options.

Paul has been involved throughout his working life with housing innovation and the promotion and delivery of affordable housing solutions.

The BYHomes affordable housing panelised system followed on from Paul's consultancy work for Urbex where he developed a panelised system for delivering social housing projects in remote areas.

These projects proved that this type of sytem improved speed of delivery and was more cost effective than other forms of modular housing.

The BYHomes system takes these learnings so that the same outcomes can be achieved by a homeowner.
